What CLEAN is

Sexual integrity is the doorway. Your purpose is on the other side.

On the surface, CLEAN is about sexual integrity. Underneath, it teaches you how to follow God truly, one day at a time.

Sexual integrity

Honest work on the places desire and relationships have pulled you away from God: past partners, habits, the things no one else knows. Not to shame you. To free you. This is between you and God.

Your God-given purpose

Minister Donovan puts it this way: "I am here to teach you how to use a bow and arrow to take down a giant in your life." Learn it on one giant, and you can take aim at the others. Purpose isn't a destination. It's a way of living.

CLEAN is spiritual work, not therapy. If you are carrying trauma, including unwanted sexual experiences, please walk with a counselor too.

Why it was written for you

It started with one persistent woman.

For years, CLEAN was for men only. Then a woman signed up anyway. She insisted. Minister Donovan's wife, Lady Mindelyn Anderson, walked her through it one on one, and her road, though rocky, changed her.

Her journey led Minister Donovan to rewrite CLEAN for women: the same journey hundreds of men have walked, in a voice written for you. Lady Mindelyn walks it with you, and she leads RELEASE, the women's life group she has facilitated four times.

The journey

35 days. You won't walk a single one alone.

Each day opens with scripture and a short devotional, then one question to answer with your sisters. Each week has one key assignment that takes it off the page and into your life.

    Sanctification: set apart for God's use, single or married.

    Healthy and unhealthy bonds, and the prayer of release over each one.

    Generational Curses

    Your family's story, the patterns passed down, and how to break them.

    The Tools

    The Word, prayer, and a three-day fast you choose.

    Exit Interview

    Persist. Share your testimony. Examine your circle.

Honest questions

What sisters usually ask first

Is CLEAN for me if I'm single? If I'm married?+

Yes, both. The first week speaks to single and married women alike, and the whole journey is about your walk with God before it is about anyone else.

Who sees what I write?+

Your notes and assignment lists are private: not your group, not our team. Your daily reflection is private too, unless you choose to share it with your sisters.

Do I have to be in a group?+

No, but we encourage it. You can start a group and invite your sisters with its code, join a group, or go through it on your own.

Your sisters are gathering. Come walk it with us.

A daily devotional

One a day, in order. Scripture, a word for your life, and a private place to write.

Reflect with your sisters

Answer each day's question in writing or on video, up to five minutes. Share it, or keep it to yourself.

A group

Start a group and invite your sisters with a code, or join one. You read the same day on the same day.

Private assignment tools

The soul tie release, your family tree, and your fast. Only you can see what you write.

    • How much time does it take each day?+

    A few minutes to read, then time to reflect and pray. Each day is completed in order, so there's no falling behind. Just pick up where you are.

    What's included for $100?+

    All 35 days of devotionals, one at a time, with a private place to write. Sharing your daily reflection with your sisters in writing or on video. The community, a group to walk it with, and a private place for each week's assignment: the soul tie release, your family tree, and your fast.

    What if I can't afford it?+

    Write to us at info@30mmm.org. We don't want cost to be the reason a sister isn't gathered.

    What about the fast?+

    In Week 4 you choose a three-day fast: Daniel, juice, or water. Talk with your doctor first, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, or managing a health condition.

    I haven't accepted Jesus Christ. Can I still do this?+

    The program begins with that very question and walks you through it in its opening pages. The tools in CLEAN rest on Him.

    What is RELEASE?+

    A second 35-day program, written by Lady Mindelyn Anderson: acknowledging misplaced love, identifying the bitter root, receiving God's forgiveness, forgiving others, and the RELEASE fast.
